Are there any charges when I make a payment on Gamer’s Dream?

There are no charges for any of the payment options. Kindly note that there may be shipping charge for some orders.

For deliveries outside of European Union, we are not responsible for any customs/duties/taxes or other fees that may be charged by your home country.

How much should I pay for shipment?

Shipping cost depends on delivery address and it is calculated during checkout. We send packages using PostNL.

How will the delivery be done?

We ship orders withPostNL. For deliveries outside of the Netherlands, the parcel will be handed over to local partner of PostNL.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Products will be delivered to courier latest 1 working day after we receive the order. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

If a product is out of stock, we will inform you about the availability and expected delivery date after we receive your message or custom bundle quote request.

How can I track delivery of my order?

You can track your order using the link in the information e-mail you have received. For most of the international deliveries, PostNL tracking page includes a link to local tracking page. If it's not available, please contact us and we will be happy to provide it.

Do your prices include VAT?

Yes. Prices on our website includes applicable local VAT for European Union countries. Please be sure to select the delivery country to see the correct prices.

If the delivery address is outside the European Union, the prices will exclude VAT. You will be responsible to pay any taxes and fees applicable in the country of delivery.

When and how can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order anytime before we send the products. After that, you can still return purchased products according to our Return & Refund Policy.

What is your Return Policy?

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any unwanted products. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed since the delivery date, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

The customer will be responsible to pay the shipping costs for returning the purchase.

How quickly will I get the refund?

After receiving you order cancellation request or returned product in compliance with our Return & Refund Policy, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

I received a defective product. How do I get it replaced?

If there is any problem with any product, please contact us as soon as possible and we will find a solution. If there is a missing piece, we advise you to contact the publisher first. Most of the publishers handle replacement parts themselves. If the publisher doesn't offer a solution, please contact us. We may be able to send a replacement part, depending on availability from our suppliers.

My product was damaged in transit. What should I do?

We send orders with insured parcel shipment. If you notice any damage on the packaging when you receive your order, please ask the courier to take note of it and contact us within 3 days. Please keep everything you received, including the packaging because they may be required for the insurance claim. Please provide photos of damaged packaging and product.

If there was no visible damage on the packaging, please contact us and provide photos of damaged product.

I received an incorrect product. What can I do?

Please contact us. We will send the correct product if we have another one, and we will arrange for the return of incorrect product.
