As every good explorer knows: the elements can kill you as much as they can save your life. And now, you can bring this important factor into The 7th Continent!

Weather events are Exploration (random event) cards that you may discover during your adventure and that can affect the entire map as long as they remain in play. Sometimes they're good, sometimes they're bad. You won't find out until lightning (or a blizzard, tornado, snowstorm) strikes… or saves your life!
